Ghee Chana
Ghee is a Manual Therapist and Registered Massage Therapist (RMT), with over 12 years of experience in rehabilitation as a strength and conditioning coach. Ghee’s unique skillset of manual therapy combined with strength training was heavily influenced by the time he spent learning under head therapists of the Miami Dolphins and Dallas Mavericks. Through comprehensive assessments, he pinpoints which muscles are underperforming and uses targeted manual therapy to activate them. He then incorporates corrective exercises and strength training to restore balance, improve mobility, and build strength. Sessions are conducted with you fully clothed and may combine movement with trigger point therapy and corrective exercises to address imbalances and improve function. By the end of your session, you’ll leave with a clear plan to reduce pain, enhance movement, and boost overall performance. Ghee is passionate about empowering his clients with the tools and knowledge they need to address the roots of their pain and get stronger; he is happy to be a resource for his client’s strength training and corrective exercise, and aims at providing his clients with real solutions— not band-aids. He’s excited to be serving the Rossland community and looks forward to helping you feel your best.
