Genevieve has been involved in physiotherapy education since 2016, teaching postgraduate courses to physiotherapists in Quebec and at Laval University. She recently began teaching with the BC Orthopaedic Division in Vancouver to support the growth and education of fellow clinicians. She also provides mentorship to physiotherapists, reflecting her deep commitment to pedagogy and clinical reasoning.

Her mission is to help her patients return to their activities and sports, advocating for an approach centered around their goals. Julia has been a CanFitPro certified personal trainer for 8 years and has worked in the fitness industry for over a decade. Originally from Montreal, Julia’s interest in movement was sparked while studying professional theatre at Dawson College.

Julia started her career being mentored in a private gym that heavily focused on strength and condition. Over the years however, she has moved towards focusing on mobility, calisthenics, and intuitive movement. This preference developed along with her philosophy that fitness should help, and not hurt the body. Her overall goal is to help people live long and comfortable active lifestyles, whether that is through one-on-one coaching and programming, or in a group fitness setting.
